Connect a first tool
From the Tools screen, or by saying so in the conversation: the assistant spots the connector and offers to authorise it on the spot. A connection belongs to the person who created it.
Phrase a request
Say the outcome you want, not the steps. “Follow up on the unanswered quotes” beats a list of instructions: the assistant knows which tools to open.
Set your approvals
Pick the families of action that must stop in front of you. By default, everything that leaves your account is one of them.
Follow your usage
The Usage screen shows the allowance left and what ate into it. You are warned long before it runs out.
